绿城中国(03900.HK) 公布，有关发行于今年到期的4.47亿美元4.7厘优先票据中至多今年4月票据最大接受金额，及于今年到期的2.95亿美元5.65厘优先票据中至多今年7月票据最大接受金额提出购买要约的结果，要约于提出购买要约的结果上周四(20日)下午5时正届满。截至届满限期，根据要约有效提交的今年4月票据本金总额为3.12亿美元，今年7月票据本金总额为1.4亿美元。
公司将接受全部根据要约提交的今年4月票据及今年7月票据并进行购买，据此4月票据最大接受金额为3.12亿美元，7月票据最大接受金额为1.4亿美元。因此，两类相关票据合计的最大接受金额为4.52亿美元。4月票据和7月票据的应计利息分别为每1,000美元未偿还本金金额15.14美元和每1,000美元未偿还本金金额6.59美元。
