【环球网金融综合报道】日前,兴业银行发布公告称,拟在深圳市南山区T208-0054地块项目购置部分物业,购置总价不超过66亿元。
据公告,深圳安和一号是深圳市属国有企业深圳市安居建业投资运营有限公司的附属公司,为该项目的开发建设单位。深圳安和一号经批准,在深圳市南山区宗地T208-0054地块投资建设该项目商品房,土地用途为商业服务业用地,主体建筑物采用巨柱外框架-核心筒-环带/伸臂桁架的结构体系,建筑物地上层数为82层,地下层数为8层。
“目前该物业尚处于开发阶段,预计将于2029年竣工。本公司拟购该项目部分物业位于建筑物底层商业及中高层写字楼区域,用于深圳分行及集团内各子公司运营管理使用。本公司与深圳安和一号将及时签订商品房买卖合同并履行权属转让登记程序。”兴业银行在公告中表示。
兴业银行表示,此次购置深圳市南山区T208-0054地块项目部分物业将进一步强化落实在粤港澳大湾区战略布局,有利于提高全集团在深圳地区的业务发展协同效率,满足业务经营需要,提升综合经营成效。该事项对公司正常经营活动和财务状况不构成重大影响。(闻辉)
