智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)午后一度涨超10%，该股早盘曾跌超4%。截至发稿，涨6.78%，报72.45港元，成交额6.5亿港元。
消息面上，迈富时公布，配售最多2010.58万股，占扩大后股本约7.85%，每股作价60港元，较2月20日收市价67.85港元折让约11.57%。公司预期，配售事项净集资约12.02亿港元，当中约40%拟用于AI智能体应用的开发和商业化；约20%用于投资并购国内外细分赛道的领先公司，以补充技术能力、产品组合和垂直行业专业经验；约10%用于全球扩张，特别是支持海外产品开发和海外商业化渠道建设；约30%用于补充营运资金和一般公司用途。
浙商证券近期研报指出，公司作为国内及销售SaaS龙头厂商，SaaS业务矩阵完善并保持快速增长；多重因素推动企业SaaS市场成长，小微企业数智化需求有望打开万亿空间；AI大模型商业化加速，营销内容生成、AI客服等场景市场空间广阔 ，经该行测算国内中小企业AI营销视频内容市场规模有望超千亿。另外，公司积极布局AI大模型应用，构建智能体中台赋能SaaS产品。
