Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) said assays from reconnaissance air core drilling at the Odienné gold project in Ivory Coast confirm gold mineralization on previously undrilled targets, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It identified multiple mineralized structures for follow-up exploration. The program was completed in December 2024 and comprised 8,089 meters of drilling in 240 drill holes.
It plans to conduct 12,000 meters of follow-up drilling on priority targets.
The firm's shares fell 5% in recent trading on Monday.
