2月21日晚，南方航空发布公告称，公司所属子公司南方航空物流股份有限公司拟撤回其在上海证券交易所主板上市的申请。

此前，南方航空已于2023年3月28日和2023年5月19日分别通过董事会和股东大会审议同意分拆南航物流上市的方案。南航物流于2023年12月31日收到上交所受理通知。

南方航空表示，基于市场环境变化及资本运作规划的统筹安排，公司决定撤回申请。此次撤回不会对公司及南航物流的生产经营、财务状况及战略规划实施产生重大不利影响。

南航物流成立于2018年10月24日，前身是中国南方航空股份有限公司下属货运部，旨在整合南航货运资源，建立市场化经营机制，形成完整的航空物流产业链，打造具有航空特色的综合物流服务供应商的关键载体。

根据南方航空2024年半年报，南航物流2024年上半年实现营业收入92.26亿元，同比增加18.31%；实现净利润17.12亿元。
