路透悉尼2月24日 - 一位直接知情消息人士周一表示，汇丰控股 HSBA.L, 0005.HK 正计划通过发行补充一级资本的永续美元债券融资10亿美元。
根据路透看到的销售文件，汇丰向投资者提供的初始指导价定为7.5%。
销售文件并未列出交易规模，但该消息人士表示，汇丰筹资目标为 10 亿美元。由于涉及机密信息，该消息人士不愿具名。
汇丰控股并未立即回应置评请求。
销售文件表示，汇丰计划将筹集的资金用于进一步强化资本基础以及一般企业用途。
汇丰上周公布2024年税前利润增长6.6%，达到323亿美元，略高于分析师平均预估的317亿美元，因营收抵挡住利率下滑的影响。(完)
