2月21日金融一线消息，兴业银行发布公告称，公司第十一届董事会第六次会议（临时会议）于2025年2月20日审议通过了《关于深圳分行购置物业的议案》，同意在深圳市南山区T208-0054地块项目购置部分物业，购置总价不超过人民币66亿元。董事会授权管理层根据市场情况变化，对投资预算在误差允许范围（10%）内予以审定。
