2月18日，真实生物又一次向港交所递交了招股书，仍计划在主板挂牌上市；由中金公司担任独家保荐人。
真实生物是一家以创新研发为驱动力的生物科技公司，专注于治疗病毒感染、肿瘤及心脑血管疾病的创新药物的开发、制造和商业化。凭借先进的技术平台及强大的研发能力，真实生物已建立广泛且有竞争力的产品管线，尤其是在抗病毒及抗肿瘤药物领域。
其中，真实生物的核心产品为阿兹夫定。在病毒感染治疗领域，真实生物的核心产品阿兹夫定作为1.1类原创新药，2021年7月获得国家药监局用于治疗HIV感染附条件批准上市，并于2022年7月获得国家药监局用于治疗COVID-19附条件批准上市，成为首款中国公司研发的获国家药监局批准用于治疗COVID-19的口服抗病毒药物。在肿瘤治疗领域，真实生物发现阿兹夫定具备广谱抗肿瘤活性，是过去30年来唯一一款具备双重机制且具有高选择性的核苷类抗肿瘤药物。
往绩，真实生物的全部收入均来自其首个商业化产品阿兹夫定。截至2024年12月31日止年度，真实生物录得收入约2.38亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比减少约30.9%；年内亏损约4004.2万元，同比收窄约94.9%。
