长实(01113.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站港岛南岸“Blue Coast II”加推第5号价单,涉及62伙,全数位于第三座,包括31个两房间隔的D单位及31个三房间隔的H单位,实用面积约446及718平方呎。
该批单位价单售价为1,072.4万至2,088.3万元,价单呎价24,045至29,085元,平均呎价26,489元。扣除所有折扣优惠后,折实售价介乎922.3万至1,795.9万元,折实呎价20,679至25,013元,折实均呎22,781元。
长实营业部首席经理郭子威指,新价单较“Blue Coast II”首张价单提价约2%,市值约9.55亿元,配合新销售安排,期望本周可进行新一轮销售。他表示,区内供应不多,加上近日股市畅旺、市面气氛好转,憧憬财政预算案推出提振经济措施,将利好楼市,预期随着一手货尾消化,今年楼价将平稳发展,强调长实不会停止去货。
长实营业部副首席经理杨桂玲透露,去年10月至今“Blue Coast II”累计售出308伙,套现约40.7亿元。连同项目一期售出571伙,Blue Coast系列合共累售879伙,套现近150亿元。(gc/u)
