星巴克将裁减1，100个企业职能工作岗位，旨在提高效率并迅速实施变革以重振公司。

　　此次裁员约占全球直营门店以外员工总数的7%。星巴克没有透露企业职能员工的具体人数，其全球大部分员工都是在星巴克咖啡店工作。

　　首席执行官Brian Niccol在1月份就已宣布将进行重组。根据公告，即将失业的员工将在周二之前收到通知。企业员工被要求整周远程工作。

　　星巴克是最新一家削减管理层级的大公司。西南航空本月早些时候表示，计划裁减15%的公司员工，这是该公司有史以来的首次裁员。

　　作为重组的一部分，这家咖啡连锁店还将关闭数百个空缺和未填补职位。

　　裁员不影响咖啡馆、或仓储、制造、分销和烘焙业务的员工。

　　截至9月，星巴克在美国雇佣了211，000名员工，其中95%在其10，000多家直营店工作，其余的则担任企业职位和其他岗位。美国以外地区的员工比例也类似，该公司在美国以外地区的员工数量为15万人。

　　星巴克称，失业员工的工资和福利将持续到5月2日。在那之后，他们将根据任职时间获得遣散费。他们还将获得职业转型支持等帮助。
