消息面上，龙蟠科技发布公告，于2025年2月21日(交易时段后)，LBM、目标公司PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia及投资者LG Energy Solution, Ltd.订立认购协议及股东协议，而该公司、常州锂源、LBM、目标公司及投资者订立附函协议。根据认购协议，于完成时，目标公司应向投资者发行，而投资者应认购合共255,930.64股新发行的目标股份，总认购价为约1597.09万美元，发行后将合共占目标公司按完全摊薄基准已发行及流通在外股本的20%。

公告称，目标公司应将投资者认购认购股份的所有所得款项用于印度尼西亚一期工厂的兴建及营运。

据悉，目标公司为一家根据印度尼西亚共和国法律于2023年2月成立的外商投资公司，为该公司的间接非全资附属公司，由LBM拥有99.99%权益。目标公司主要从事磷酸铁锂正极材料的研究、生产及销售。投资者为一家于2020年成立并于韩国交易所上市的公司(股份代号：373220.KS)，主要从事汽车电池业务。其业务包括研究电池、组件、BMS(电池管理系统)及电池组，并提供技术支援。
