新世界发展(00017.HK) 上周五(21日)收市后公布，预计2024年12月止上半财年可能录得核心经营溢利介乎43.5亿至45.5亿元，较上年同期减少15%至19%。考虑到发展物业与应占耗蚀亏损及投资物业公平值变动，预计上半年持续经营业务亏损介乎66亿至68亿元。
瑞银发表研报指，估计新世界2025财年上半年的核心基本亏损将扩大至52亿元，相对于对上财年同期的11亿元亏损，数字高于该行预期，受累开发项目减损费用介乎33至35亿元，同时亦高于该行对其今年6月底止全财年核心基本亏损32亿元的预测。
