星报讯 中国电科38所创造中国雷达史上诸多第一，因发展需要整体搬迁，而这处旧址将变身新的科创新地标。2月20日，由蜀山科创集团与弘毅投资集团合资成立的合肥徽弘创展科创服务有限公司正式启动“科里科气1986产业园”提升改造项目。未来，该产业园将依托弘毅投资集团千亿资本运营能力与蜀山科创资源，打造“高端装备+新一代信息技术”产业高地。

据介绍，“科里科气1986产业园”位于淠河路与西一环交口西北角，占地95亩，总建筑面积4.42万平方米。

“这里虽是老厂房，却是大隐于市的科创‘宝藏’，不仅环境宜人、空间宽敞，还自带深厚的科创基因，与蜀山的产业定位高度契合。”蜀山区科创集团副总经理王良才介绍，1986产业园聚焦“产业焕新+场景重塑”，通过空间功能重组与智慧化升级，打造集研发办公、成果展示、共享实验室及产业配套于一体的科创综合体，将成为蜀山高性能、高水平的科创“加速器”。
