分析人士认为，汇金系券商异动与一则传闻有关。市场传出，中金公司将与同业中国银河合并，这笔交易将缔造出一家资产规模达1930亿美元的券商巨头。此前市场曾多次曝出两大券商合并传闻，但均被公司否认。对此，记者联系了中金公司的投资者关系办公室和公关部，但均未对此给出回应。银河证券公关部亦未对此回应。
