　　包括Meta和Alphabet在内的其他科技巨头，在特朗普重返白宫前后陆续取消了多元化、公平与包容（DEI）措施。主张自由市场的智库机构美国国家公共政策研究中心，向苹果年度股东大会提交了效仿此类举措的提案。支持取消DEI的人士警告，若苹果继续推进相关计划将面临更多歧视诉讼。

　　苹果回应称已建立法律保障措施，且该提案将不当限制管理层权限。公司首席执行官蒂姆·库克表示，苹果的竞争力源于吸纳各领域顶尖人才，但承认公司政策可能需随法律环境变化而调整。
