由长实(01113.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展，位于黄竹坑站的“Blue Coast II”本周二(25日)公布最新销售安排，本周六(3月1日)以先到先得形式发售97伙，涵盖49伙两房、48伙三房单位，折实售价介乎922.3万至1,959.4万元，折实呎价介乎19,881至25,254元，折实平均呎价22,282元。另外，同一期数推出的23间四房单位将于下周一(3月3日)起招标发售。
另外，发展商本周二起开放两房交楼标准示范单位，以项目第3座28楼D室为蓝本，实用面积446平方呎的，设开放式厨房。
长实营业部首席经理郭子威认为，本港经济好，楼市自然好，相信新一份《财政预算案》将会有“惊喜”。(js/k)
