就创新科技方面，指自2020年6月以来，在整个集团指定的技术、数码及分析项目方面作出了约8亿美元的投资，广泛的技术、数码及分析计划显著提升了营运效率、客户体验和分销渠道的生产力。目前焦点在于使用生成式人工智能，借助数码支援及广泛的专属数据作出更佳的决策，简化营运流程。(vc/w)
