最新一份《财政预算案》公布,调整物业印花税的税阶,当中定额100元从价印花税的门槛由300万元或以下放宽至400万元或以下。
经络按揭转介首席副总裁曹德明表示,新一份《财政预算案》宣布调整从价印花税,主要有助首次置业人士上车,减轻入市置业负担,相信此类物业的买家最受惠。另外,近年首次置业人士倾向使用较高成数按揭入市,一般资金都较为紧绌,建议该类准买家可将原本用作缴交印花税的资金留为备用资金或首期开支。
曹德明续指,去年政府放宽按揭成数以及暂停压力测试要求,加上现时印花税进一步放宽,将可激活楼市交投。另外,近日部分发展商的销售部署以低价作招徕,料首置盘的交投将会增加,楼按市场交投亦将逐渐回暖。(sl/da)
