智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股持续上攻，截至发稿，中国银河(06881)涨16.31%，报8.7港元；中金公司(03908)涨13.8%，报15.5港元；中州证券(01375)涨8.43%，报1.8港元；招商证券(06099)涨8.39%，报15.76港元；中信建投证券(06066)涨7.77%，报10.4港元。
消息面上，近期，财政部所持中国信达、中国长城、中国东方的股权全部划转至中央汇金，同时，中证金融的部分股权也划转至中央汇金。至此，中央汇金也将持有8家券商股权。兴业证券非银首席分析师认为，在监管部门“支持头部机构通过并购重组、组织创新等方式提升核心竞争力”的政策导向下，“汇金系”券商阵容的扩大或将引发市场对券商整合的预期升温。值得注意的是，中金公司、中国银河此前曾多次传出合并传闻，但二者均予以否认。
国金证券指出，在市场交易活跃、券商业务改善，券商部署DeepSeek进程加快以及并购预期增强等因素催化下，看好券商板块估值和业绩双提升。券商25年基本面预计将在低基数下实现反转，分业务来看，经纪业务受益于交易量的放大，自营业务受益于股市上涨、权益市场反弹，投行业务IPO已处于相对底部，预计并购新政下并购重组有望贡献增量，两融余额持续修复。复盘历次流动性宽松背景下券商估值扩张至1.9X以上，当前券商估值不到1.5X，综合来看具有一定的上涨空间。
