智通财经APP获悉，大陆国际集团(DLHZ.US)于周二(2月25日)向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了文件，计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)筹集高达800万美元的资金。根据招股书，大陆国际集团计划以每股4至6美元的价格区间发行150万股股票，筹资 800 万美元。按照拟议区间的中间值，公司的市值将达到9800万美元。
据了解，大陆国际集团是一家在中国提供物业管理服务和房地产租赁的公司，其总部位于成都。该公司于2002年成立，并在2022年11月21日秘密向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股申请。
此外，大陆国际集团的主要收入来源包括物业管理服务、商业运营服务、房地产租赁和其他社区增值服务。截至2024年9月30日的12个月，公司的收入为600万美元。公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为DLHZ。Revere Securities是这笔交易的唯一账簿管理人。
