Snowflake (SNOW) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that its Chief Financial Officer Michael P. Scarpelli notified the firm a day earlier of his plan to retire.
No date has yet been set for the retirement, the company said.
The company said it is conducting a search for a successor to Scarpelli, who expects to remain in his current role until a replacement is named.
Scarpelli will transition to a paid advisory role during the transition, the company said.
