　　2月26日消息，贝壳午后拉升涨超9%，现报60.15港元，成交额5.21亿港元。

　　消息面上，日前，北京住房公积金管理中心发布通知，公积金“直付房租”业务自1月20日起开展。贝壳找房旗下公司北京信富住房租赁有限公司，成为公积金“直付房租”业务首批试点企业之一，也是唯一一家非公企业。
