智通财经APP获悉，钢铁股今日爆发，截至发稿，中国东方集团(00581)涨37.76%，报1.35港元；重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨11.9%，报0.94港元；铁货(01029)涨11.63%，报0.096港元；鞍钢股份(00347)涨10.67%，报1.66港元；马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨8.93%，报1.83港元。
消息面上，光大证券指出，2月8日，工信部对《钢铁行业规范条件（2015年修订）》进行了修订，形成《钢铁行业规范条件（2025年版）》，规范条件对钢铁企业实施“规范企业”和“引领型规范企业”两级评价，建议高度关注行业供给端政策及其影响。中信建投则表示，本次文件为纲领性文件，后续我们展望将有更多具体配套政策出台。
银河证券则指出，宏观政策持续显效，有利于提升钢铁行业集中度，并改善长期以来失衡的供需关系，普钢龙头有望受益。同时随着制造业转型升级，中高端特钢需求有望迎来较快增长，DeepSeek风起进一步推动IDC向AIDC演进，放大钢铁企业优势。建议关注：AI积极赋能，大模型在钢铁生产与供应链多环节、多场景加速精细化落地或成效初显方向，以及已有相关外延运作或涉及电信业务、有序拓展IDC等标的。
