智通财经APP获悉，中国香港数字营销公司Everbright Digital Holding周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请。该公司计划以每股4至5美元的价格发行150万股股票，筹资700万美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中点计算，Everbright Digital的市值将达到1.19亿美元。
Everbright Digital是香港一家深度涉足元宇宙及相关技术的综合营销解决方案提供商。该公司提供量身定制的营销解决方案，在新媒体形式不断发展的背景下满足客户的特定需求，从而产生收入。该公司的数字营销解决方案包括虚拟世界刺激、虚拟现实 (VR) 和增强现实 (AR) 设计和创作、创意活动策划和管理、IP 角色创作和社交媒体营销等。
Everbright Digital成立于2021年，在截至2024年6月30日的12个月里营收为400万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“EDHL”。该公司于2024年6月28日秘密提交了申请。Dominari Securities和Revere Securities是此次交易的联合簿记行。
