Dole (DOLE) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.16 per diluted share, same as the year earlier.
One analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.11.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.17 billion, up from $2.07 billion a year earlier.
Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.05 billion.
Dole maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on April 3 to shareholders of record as of March 20.
Shares were up more than 2% in premarket activity.
