Bloom Energy's (BE) has a solid outlook for growth as the demand for data center power has exceeded expectations, allowing the company to give guidance above consensus estimates, Oppenheimer said in a Friday note.

The company's strong Q4 results were underpinned by safe harboring activity, or the securing of tax credits for its fuel cell projects, Oppenheimer analysts said.

While the company's positive points are its cost reduction efforts and manufacturing leverage, areas of concern include potential push-outs, price erosion, customer concentration, and valuation, the analysts said.

Oppenheimer reiterated the company's rating at perform.
