【#库克任期内苹果市值涨超3万亿美元#，#库克任期延长至2028年#】据宁波晚报2月26日报道，当地时间2月25日，苹果公司召开年度股东大会。会议审议了高管薪酬、董事会改选等多项提案。在此次股东大会上，苹果在委托声明书中披露了董事会提名的八位董事候选人名单，库克位列其中，将继任新一届董事会席位，但并非董事长职位。

此前，有消息预测库克可能在2026年接任董事长，原因是苹果公司两名董事阿特・莱文森和罗纳德・舒格分别达到或超过75岁的建议退休年龄。莱文森将于2025年3月年满75岁，舒格现年76岁，尽管舒格在2024年3月因对公司的 “深刻见解” 获得董事会批准延期退休，但这一延期很可能在不久后到期。

除了董事会相关事宜，股东还批准了公司高管的2024年薪酬方案。库克在2024年的总薪酬为7461万美元（含薪资、股票与奖金），较2023年增长16%。库克的收入包括300万美元的基本工资、5809万美元的股票奖励、1200万美元的基于绩效的奖励和152万美元的其他薪酬，而其他薪酬包括人寿保险费、安全费用和个人航空旅行费用等等。
