Zoom Communications (ZM) posted solid Q4 results with beats on the top and bottom-line, but it also issued a relatively light 2026 outlook, Wedbush Securities said Tuesday in a note to clients.
The company is seeing "strength across its new and existing products including its contact center solution despite a difficult macro backdrop and uncertainties in the market," said Wedbush analysts including Daniel Ives.
The investment firm also highlighted the fact that Zoom AI is now a "major factor" in the company's growth with more companies adopting its artificial intelligence services.
However, Zoom released a "relatively conservative" 2026 outlook across the board, the note said, adding it guided for 2026 EPS between $5.34 and $5.37 as it keeps "investing aggressively into AI while remaining prudent on capital spend."
"While this was a slight speed bump in the [Zoom] growth story, we believe that the company is well-positioned to optimize its sales strategies to better align growth opportunities while better managing the bottom-line to generate durable profitable growth over the coming years," the investment firm said.
Wedbush kept its outperform rating on Zoom and $95 price target.
