百威亚太宣布任命程衍俊为其新首席执行官（CEO）。根据港交所公告，杨克（Jan Craps）将在担任CEO七年之后卸任。

　　此前，该啤酒公司公布第四季度净亏损1600万美元，逊于分析师预期的盈利672万美元。该公司的季度营收趋势也显示连续第四个季度下降。

　　百威亚太在业绩报告中说，其在中国的首要任务是重新步入市场份额增长轨道。在中国，该公司全年销量下降11.8%，总市场份额减少149个基点。

　　行业研究分析师Ada Li和Joyce Ho说，百威亚太换CEO可能暗示，其将重新聚焦于振兴陷入困境的中国业务。 

　　该公司的竞争对手去年在中国的日子也不好过。嘉士伯去年在华销量和营收双双下滑。
