消息面上，世茂集团发布公告称，内容有关针对公司向高等法院提出的清盘呈请。公司宣布，经双方同意，高等法院已颁令撤回针对公司的呈请。据悉，深化连盛投资于今年1月10日向高等法院提出对世茂集团的清盘呈请，涉及世茂集与招银国际财务相关跨境贷款所提供的担保，未偿还金额近2.58亿元人民币。
世茂集团此前公布，该集团于2025年1月的合约销售额约为人民币22.1亿元，同比增长4.74%；合约销售面积为176,526平方米。2025年1月平均销售价格为每平方米人民币12,492元。
