DBS Group Holdings has disposed of 115,839 units in Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr for $149,999.92 or $1.29 apiece.

Following the disposal, DBS’s stake in MPACT stood at 0.96%.
MPACT, on Jan 23, announced a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2 cents, 9.1% lower y-o-y, for the 3QFY2025 ended Dec 31, 2024. For the 9MFY2025, the REIT’s DPU fell by 8.3% y-o-y to 6.07 cents.
Units in MPACT closed flat at $1.18 on Feb 25.
