路透上海2月26日 - 中国总理李强周二表示，要积极抢抓机遇，大力发展新一代信息通信技术，深入推进“人工智能+”；在加快5G规模化应用的同时，要抓紧推进6G技术研究和标准研制，巩固和拓展领先优势。
新华社引述李强在中国电信0728.HK601728.SS、中国联通600050.SS、中国移动0941.HK600941.SS三大电信企业调研时指出，要瞄准前沿新兴领域加力推进科技创新，努力抢占制高点、把握主动权，以科技创新引领产业创新，更好培育新质生产力、推动高质量发展。
“当前围绕新一轮科技革命和产业变革的竞争更加激烈，必须坚定不移推进自主创新，加快重点领域研发布局，加紧原创性、引领性技术攻关。”他称。
李强并谈到，要突出需求导向、应用牵引，推动新技术与各行业融合创新，为产业转型升级注入新动能。要积极优化算力资源布局，提高利用效能，推动广泛接入，解决好算力供需不匹配等问题，为民营企业、中小企业提供更好的服务和支撑。
他还表示，要着眼促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合，加强新型基础设施建设，用好海量数据和丰富应用场景等优势，发挥龙头企业示范作用，实施好中小企业数字化赋能专项行动，营造更好产业生态，以更高质量的价值创造拓展经济发展新空间。（完）
