* 香港上市的半导体解决方案供应商ASMPT0522.HK周三盘初急泻17.6%至63.25港元，为2023年5月以来最低。
* 在巨头英伟达（Nvidia）NVDA.O于周三收盘后发布备受期待的季度报告之前，人工智能股股价下跌。
* 摩根士丹利近日的报告指出，ASMPT为台积电CoWoS提供热压键合机，台积电2330.TW是英伟达AI GPU的唯一供应商，因此关注英伟达4月季度的营收指引对ASMPT股价影响。
* 另一方面，ASMPT稍早表示，预计2025年第一季销售收入将介乎3.7亿美元至4.3亿美元之间，以中位数计按季下降9%，主要由于集团先进封装销售收入的增长将因主流市场，特别是汽车及工业的持续疲软而被抵销。
而公司2024年第四季销售收入按季上升1.8%至34亿港元（4.38亿美元），全年销售收入按年下降10%至132.3亿港元（16.9亿美元）；拟派发末期股息每股0.07港元及特别股息每股0.25港元。
