和铂医药-B(02142.HK) 公布，公司孵化的创新型生物技术公司HBM Alpha Therapeutics (HBMAT)已与一名业务伙伴订立授权及合作协议，以推进治疗多种疾病的促皮质素释放激素(CRH)的新型疗法。
据此，业务伙伴获授予在全球范围内(不包括大中华区，即中国、台湾、香港及澳门)开发任何包含或含有HBM9013的医药产品的独家授权。HBMAT有权获得总计高达3.95亿美元的首付款及潜在里程碑付款，以及于特许使用权期限内基于净销售额的个位数百分比的分级特许权使用费。此外，HBMAT亦有权获得认股权证以收取业务伙伴的少数股权。
