SINGAPORE, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Singapore's second largest bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp OCBC.SI, reported on Wednesday a 4% rise in net profit in the fourth quarter from a year earlier, mainly on higher non-interest income boosted by better fee, trading and insurance income.
