0037 GMT - Platinum Asset Management is hunting for cost savings and UBS thinks more will be required. "We are not convinced by growth efforts via new products and third party distribution given limited track records in driving product flows within Platinum's own product set in recent years," analyst Shreyas Patel says. Cost cuts will be an ongoing feature simply to maintain profitability as the structural decline in funds under management and fee revenue will likely persist, UBS says. It retains a sell call on Platinum.(david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
