超微电脑公司周二公布了推迟的财务报告，正好赶上纳斯达克规定的截止日期。在提交报告后，该公司股价在盘后交易中一度飙升了25%。

　　“在我们看来，合并财务报表在所有重要方面都公平地反映了公司在2024年6月30日的财务状况，”该公司的审计机构BDO在文件中写道，并补充说，结果“符合美国普遍接受的会计原则”

　　超微电脑向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了截至去年6月的2024财年和2025财年前两个季度的最新和经审计的财务报告，从而降低了近期从纳斯达克退市的可能性，这一风险曾令超微电脑的股价承压。

　　该公司在一份新闻稿中表示：“公司已收到纳斯达克工作人员的信函，称公司已恢复符合申请要求，此事现已了结。”
