消息面上，美方威胁将于3月4日起以芬太尼为由对中国输美产品再加征10%关税。今年2月，美国对中国进口商品加征10%的关税已经生效。里昂此前研报指出，考虑到美国关税风险以及美国和内地较弱的住宅销售展望，将目标市盈率由8倍降至7.5倍，股息收益率预计达7%。
西部证券此前指出，市场担心加征关税影响公司北美业务。该行认为：公司在海外已形成越南+墨西哥双工厂布局，具备丰富的关税应对经验及海外建厂经验，并且长期积累的客户资源也较为稳定，贸易摩擦对公司业务的影响有限。不过，该行指出，贸易关税短期可能对公司北美毛利率产生一定扰动，该行预计公司2025-2027财年北美毛利率40.59%、40%、40%。
