PropNex's Attributable Profit Declines 15% in H2 2024

PropNex's (SGX:OYY) net attributable profit for the second half of 2024 declined 15% to SG$21.9 million from SG$25.8 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Earnings per share fell to SG$0.0296 compared with SG$0.0348 in the comparable period.

Revenue was down nearly 8% year over year to SG$437.4 million from SG$473.8 million, mainly due to a decrease in commission income from project marketing services.

The company proposed a final dividend of SG$0.03 per share for the second half of 2024 and a special dividend of SG$0.025 to commemorate its 25th anniversary in 2025.
