Andromeda Metals Sells Cobra Resources Shares for AU$950,000, Shares Down 13%

Andromeda Metals (ASX:ADN) sold the ordinary shares in London Stock Exchange-listed Cobra Resources it received from the sale of the remaining 25% interest in the Wudinna Project for AU$950,000, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company sold 52 million shares via an off-market transfer, the filing added.

Company shares were down 13% in recent Tuesday trade.
