#京津冀协同发展十一周年# 【协同发展十一年｜清华南口国重基地规划建设打造城市复兴新地标】2023年，北京市昌平区建设清华南口全国重点实验室基地。项目规划总建筑规模约 47.3 万平米，主要建设内容为 14 个以上全国重点实验室及配套用房，2024年底一期已正式交付使用，并成功获评北京首批“两业融合”示范园区。同时，昌平区结合南口新市镇发展，推动项目周边公共服务配套、城市道路交通的规划建设，努力打造科教引领、产城融合、功能齐全、品质一流的城市复兴新地标。（北京青年报记者 崔毅飞 摄像 刘畅 编辑 黄安琪）
