SinoCloud Group (SGX:LYY) has shortlisted a potential firm to take over as its continuing sponsor after ZICO Capital issued a termination notice, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company said the prospective sponsor is conducting due diligence, while ZICO Capital has agreed to remain in the role until March 14.
