【特朗普推出500万美元移民金卡 EB-5签证将被取消】金十数据2月26日讯，美国商务部长卢特尼克说，美国将终结EB-5投资签证项目。卢特尼克说，投资签证项目“完全是无稽之谈”，美国将启动有点类似绿卡的“金卡”签证项目，“他们将能够向美国政府支付500万美元。当然，他们必须经过审查……总统可以给他们一张绿卡，他们可以在美国投资，我们可以用这笔钱来减少赤字。”特朗普则表示，他希望开始向想移民美国并创造就业机会的外国人出售价值500万美元的金卡。特朗普称这个移民项目是合法的，可能会在大约两周后开始实施。俄罗斯寡头可能有资格获得金卡。EB-5计划要求移民者在美投资100万美元或在高失业区投资50万美元，并连续两年创造10个就业机会，即可获得两年期临时绿卡。在两年期满前90天，若该项目投资行为及所创造的就业机会仍然存在，投资移民可申请永久绿卡。
