随着美国消费者信心下降，美元指数周二下跌。在避险需求和日本央行加息预期的推动下，日元兑美元触及去年10月以来最高水平。

　　美元指数周二下跌0.2%

　　Monex的策略师们表示，白宫坚持如期加征关税的表态打击市场情绪，令美元弱势区间震荡，其他避险货币获得支撑。

　　里士满联储行长Tom Barkin称，在对通胀回归2%的目标更有信心之前，货币政策保持适度的限制性是合理的。

　　美国消费者信心创出2021年8月以来的最大降幅，进一步表明特朗普政府政策的不确定性给美国家庭带来压力。

　　美元/日元报148.99，盘中一度下跌0.8%，至148.57。

　　欧元/美元上涨0.5%，至1.0517。德国候任总理默茨据悉已开始与社会民主党就迅速批准高达2000亿欧元的特别国防开支展开磋商。

　　德意志银行策略师将长期以来的做空欧元/美元建议调整为中性，因德国主要政党计划利用选举前立法程序绕开债务规则。

　　英镑/美元上涨0.4%至1.2671，

　　美元/加元上涨0.3%至1.4302，创2月13日以来最高；随着美国对加拿大的贸易政策生效日期逼近，该货币对的一周波动率升至1月4日以来最高。
