IBM's (IBM) planned acquisition of HashiCorp (HCP) was cleared by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority, the regulatory body said Tuesday.
This follows the CMA's launch of an inquiry in December to ensure the merger doesn't substantially lessen competition in any UK market. The invitation to comment closed Jan. 16.
IBM shares eased 0.2% in recent Tuesday trading, and HashiCorp rose 1.1%.
