Veris Residential Q4 Core Adjusted FFO Decreases, Revenue Increases

Veris Residential (VRE) reported Q4 core adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $0.13 per diluted share, down from $0.14 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $68.1 million, up from $67 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $67.4 million.

For 2025, the real estate investment trusts expects core FFO of $0.61 to $0.63 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.61.
