【杭州、成都土拍均溢价成交 最高溢价率超72%】金十数据2月25日讯，杭州出让3宗涉宅用地。据了解，3宗地均溢价成交，总成交金额67.98亿元，平均溢价率45.6%。其中，上城区地块经过110轮竞价，最终由华润置地以26.18亿元竞得，成交楼面价50683元/㎡，溢价率72.48%。业内人士指出，本次土拍核心地块持续高热度，房企争抢优质资源推升地价上升，联合体拿地成为本次土拍的典型特征。同日，成都有2宗成华区宅地出让，再次以“组合供应方式”进行拍卖，最终，两地块均由绿城以楼面价20500元/㎡竞得，成交总价7.20亿元，溢价率30.57%。
