Odaily星球日报讯 美国伊利诺伊州参议员 Dick Durbin 提出《加密货币 ATM 反欺诈法案》，旨在遏制日益严重的加密 ATM 诈骗问题。该法案提议对新用户设定每日 2000 美元、14 天内 1 万美元的交易上限，并要求运营商在用户交易超过 500 美元时直接联系核实，以防受骗。此外，法案还规定运营商须向 30 天内报告欺诈的受害者提供全额退款。 Durbin 强调，该法案是防止诈骗、保护老年群体财产安全的“常识性保障措施”。根据美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）数据，2023 年涉及加密 ATM 的诈骗损失已超过 1.1 亿美元，较 2020 年增长近十倍。
