里昂发表研究报告指，理想-W(02015.HK) 发布旗下纯电动车SUV车型i8的首张官方图片，并采用与MEGA类似的“子弹头”设计，而车尾则更为接近理想L9。自官方图片发布后，理想汽车股价在交易期间持续上涨，目前已超过13%。
该行认为，不论SUV i8的发布时机或车辆设计，均超出市场预期，由于纯电动车SUV多次延迟发布时间和一些图片提前曝光，令市场对 i系列期望不高。该行指，早前图片曝光与官方图片之间不同，尤其车型后面，非常符合主流美学偏好，故料i系列销售前景更具可见性。
