路透社马德里2月25日 - 据《Expansion》周二援引未具名市场消息人士的话报导，私募股权投资者 Blackstone BX.N 的目标是在四月中旬将西班牙博彩公司 Cirsa 的股份首次公开发行上市。
该报导补充说，这项行动将涉及在复活节假期前配售 7 亿欧元至 10 亿欧元(7.33 亿美元至 10.5 亿美元)，同时发行新股和现有股票。
Cirsa 没有立即回应路透社的置评请求。
据 Expansion 报导，该公司计划在 3 月 13 日或其前后宣布其上市意向。
11 月，由于美国总统大选引发的市场波动，Cirsa 推迟了预期的 IPO 公告。
不过，公司首席财务官安东尼奥-格劳（Antonio Grau）上周告诉分析师，公司仍有可能暂缓上市，以等待最佳的市场条件。
从2月20日提交经审计的年度业绩开始，公司将有四个月的时间在提交新的经审计账目之前采取这一步骤。
